Hallo Mitra Neturmeric, kali ini kami akan membagikan tutorial / cara memeriksa data transaksi persediaan minus pada aplikasi SIBaper.
Penting untuk diketahui, bahwasannya transaksi Persediaan Keluar SiBaPer sangat bergantung dan selalu merujuk pada transaksi Persediaan Masuk yang diinputkan sebelumnya.
Sehingga ketika terjadi perubahan Quantity pada Persediaan Masuk, utamanya perubahan lebih rendah atau lebih sedikit, dapat menyebabkan terjadinya persediaan minus.
Untuk menganalisanya, ikuti langkah-langkah berikut :
1. Masuk ke menu “Laporan >> Persediaan Minus”
Jika tabel pada menu ini terisi, maka OPD Anda mengalami persediaan minus.
Perhatikan pada bagian kolom “Saldo QTY” dan “Saldo Nilai” yang terletak pada bagian kolom paling kanan, disitu akan tampak nilai minusnya.
2. Klik tombol “Lihat”
Dari contoh di bawah, pada baris pertama menunjukkan bahwa Persediaan Masuk pada tanggal 03/02/2020 dengan token PM-20200203-25639 mengalami minus. Untuk memeriksa, klik tombol “Lihat” yang tersedia pada kolom paling kiri.
3. Mencari Baris Saldo Minus
Selanjutnya akan menampilkan daftar histori mutasi transaksi yang dimulai dari baris awal persediaan masuk, dilanjutkan baris transaksi persediaan keluar berikutnya.
Dari contoh di bawah terlihat bahwa yang menjadi penyebab minusnya adalah Persediaan Keluar pada tanggal 04/02/2020 dengan token PK-20200204-28632. Di sini terlihat bahwa dari 2 unit persediaan masuk, dikeluarkan sejumlah 7 unit, sehingga menyebabkan saldonya menjadi -5.
